Prerequisites & Requirements
1. Valid Civil Marriage License
Obtain a valid Marriage License issued by the local city/county clerk prior to the ceremony.
2. Mutual Consent (Ijab & Qabul)
Free, unforced agreement between the bride and groom in accordance with Islamic law.
3. Bride's Guardian (Wali)
The presence or documented authorization of the bride's father or appointed Islamic guardian.
4. Two Adult Male Muslim Witnesses
Two trustworthy adult Muslim male witnesses with valid government photo IDs present.
